For lecturers teaching a full academic year (3 quarters):
7 courses (IWC) per year = 100% for the academic year (7 IWC = 100%)
For lecturers teaching one quarter only:
2 courses (IWC) in the given quarter = 100% for that quarter (2 IWC per quarter = 100% per quarter)
For lecturers teaching two full quarters:
5 courses (IWC) over the two quarters = 100% for each of the two quarters (5 IWC = 100% for each of the two quarters)
Additional duties of an administrative or educational nature can equal up to 1.33 (IWC) per quarter. (Equal up to 1.33 IWC)
