UC OATS is a multi-campus web-based application built to facilitate the reporting and tracking of outside professional activities. It allows faculty and administrators to comply with the University of California, Office of the President (UCOP) Conflict of Commitment policies and serves as an educational tool as well. All eligible faculty members should use UC OATS to request prior approval and report effort for outside activities.
